You could also try resetting all your Firefox settings back to default. Sorry for the "bad english"...What was meant to be said is that the DVDXML id has be created and maintain locally. Follow the link and also use the FAQ for the solution.

In the future, please make your DVD request via the Forum.
For "I Love You, Man" you will need to follow place the DVDXML id locally to your system and modify your id and cover art.
This is due to the information not being available in Microsoft's MCE database NOT DVDXML.com.
